TOTALENERGIES MARKETING TANZANIA LIMITED CELEBRATES ITS SECOND EDITION OF CUSTOMER SERVICE WEEK

TotalEnergies Marketing Tanzania Limited commemorated TotalEnergies’s customer service week on the week of 16th to 20th November 2020. This was the second edition of TotalEnergies Customer week-themed ‘Partnership’ following the success of the first customer week edition which was held in November 2019 with the theme of ‘Customer Centricity’.

The theme of partnership for TotalEnergies 2020 customer week is derived from the belief and acknowledgment that our customers are more than just customers, they are our partners and we intend to build concrete long-term relationships with them filled with success.

As it is our tradition, during TotalEnergies customer week, our customers and partners had an opportunity to visit our sites and sight full experience of our activities at the Dar es Salaam Terminal, lubricant and oil blending plant as well as experience top service from our employees at all our TotalEnergies service stations.

During the launch of Top service at TotalEnergies Africana Service Station, the managing director of TotalEnergies Marketing Tanzania Limited, Jean-Francois SCHOEPP said “At TotalEnergies we believe and acknowledge that our customers are not just customers but also our partners. For it is our customers who enable us to contribute to the country’s economy and development and far most it is our customers who define our market’s demands for us to meet their full utility.”

Furthermore, customer week gave us an opportunity to fully engage with our customers at all our sites and we are filled with gratitude to learn great magnitude of our customer’s loyalty for trusting us and for their genuine support. “We promise to always serve you with the best quality products and services as well as keep striving to reach out to every Tanzanian and we welcome you to share your opinions with us so that we can serve you best.” Added Jean-Francois Schoepp.
