THE THIRD EDITION OF TOTALENERGIES CUSTOMER WEEK: IMAGINING TOMORROW TOGETHER

 

On the week of 22nd to 26th November 2021, TotalEnergies Marketing Tanzania Limited commemorated 2021 TotalEnergies’ Africa customer service week which was themed: Imagining tomorrow together. 

The theme of imagining tomorrow together comes from the continuous manifestation of our customers being our partners hence we continue to welcome all our customers to share their vision of the future of  our company  especially during the customer service week which was an opportunity  to build a concrete long-term relationship filled with a successful future of TotalEnergies Marketing Tanzania Limited by  innovating products and services which meet the demands of our clients.

Speaking during the launch of the Customer week 2021 at TotalEnergies East Oysterbay Service Station, the managing director of TotalEnergies Marketing Tanzania Limited, Jean-Francois SCHOEPP said that, “as the father of nation, the late Mwalimu Julius Nyerere once said that “If real development is to take place, the people have to be involved.” We also believe that if TotalEnergies Marketing Tanzania Limited is to continue developing further, it can only happen by involving our customers and develop along with our customer’s vision of us, their future prosperous demands and for us to ensure that we are ready and able to fully satisfy that demand. ” 

Furthermore, customers had a chance to play a wheel of fortune at the station and stood a chance to win different giveaways  including T-shirts, water bottles, caps,  coolants,  air freshener and a gift voucher to purchase products  from the cafe bonjour. The presence of the TotalEnergies management gave our customers opportunity to interact and get  feedback from our customers. 

In order to engage the future customers and players of TotalEnergies; we partnered with Nafasi Art by conducting a painting competition  for students from Oysterbay primary school and children of our employees.  More than 24 children aging between 10-16 years of age participated in the contest “imagining tomorrow together”. Pupils were very interested with the project and opportunity given to showcase their talent. 

More so, we are filled with gratitude to learn of the great magnitude of our customer’s loyalty for trusting us and for their genuine support. We promise to always serve you with the best quality products and services as well as keep striving to reach out to every Tanzanian and we welcome you to share your opinions with us so that we can serve you best.
